Joseph W. Polisi, honorary president of the Juilliard School in New York, announced a plan for building the first overseas Juilliard campus in Tianjin in 2015.
Li Jianguo, a 49-year-old teacher at Tianjin Vocational Institute, is set to be nominated as "most beautiful teacher" of 2022 — an annual award sponsored by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the Ministry of Education.
