In sign of China-Singapore cooperation, first SERIC scholarship awarded

Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co (SSTEC) successfully held its first Scholarship Award Ceremony of the Singapore University of Technology and Design Eco-City Research and Innovation Centre (SERIC) at the SSTEC Eco-Business Park on Aug 22. Wang Minxing, an 18-year-old student from Tianjin Eco-City School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University, became the first recipient of the SERIC scholarship. He will start his undergraduate studies at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) in September this year.
