With a registered capital of 10 billion yuan, Tianjin Bohai Logistics Trade Investment Holdings focuses on core businesses of air cargo investment, ground transportation, high-end warehousing, supply chain financing, smart logistics and trade services in order to build a world-class modern logistics investment and operation platform. 

Tianjin Bohai Air Cargo Holdings has a registered capital of 10 billion yuan, and, as the air cargo industry headquarters of Hainan Airlines (HNA), the company will manage Suparna Airlines, Hong Kong Airlines Cargo, MyCargo Airlines, Tianjin Cargo Airlines, Tianjin Hua Yu Holdings, HNA Cargo and other air cargo companies controlled by HNA. 

The company is also responsible for outbound investment mergers and acquisitions in the air cargo industry, incremental sales of passenger aircraft cabins and cargo aircraft sales. The arrival of the two companies in the bonded area was the result of the implementation of the all-round strategic cooperation framework agreement between the Tianjin Municipal Government and HNA. It is another major achievement after the settlement of Tianjin Bohai Modern Logistics Co., Ltd. in the same bonded area.
