The entire town boasts a flourishing roasted food industry, with 8,000 employees and more than 300 registered enterprises. The industry generates an annual revenue of up to 600 million yuan ($83.5 million).

Wangkou has expanded its reach globally, exporting its products to 12 countries and regions across the Americas, Europe, and Africa.
