The opening ceremony of the painting exhibition at the 2024 Tianjin International Children's Art Festival has been lauded as a landmark for cultural exchanges and artistic collaboration.
The exhibition features 80 artworks from children in over 50 countries across five continents. As a global children's art event, it provides a significant platform for young artists to engage in cultural exchange, transcending national, linguistic and cultural barriers.
To mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, festival organizers invited children from both nations to create works that reflect their respective cultures, with 60 pieces now on display at the exhibition.
Through the innocent perspectives and masterful brushstrokes of these young artists, the exhibition aims to foster a deeper understanding of culture wherever it comes from.
