The Tianjin Bonded Logistics Park was established in 2004 and currently it provides services to Tianjin and Beijing municipalities, part of Henan and Shandong provinces, and Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Gansu and Qinghai provinces, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and Ningxia autonomous regions. It also has close economic relations with the Bohai Rim region and enjoys a key status in Northeast Asia.
Located in the northeastern section of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, the park enjoys the same preferential policies as that of the free trade zones. It has formed 10 industrial clusters, including banks, insurance, maritime transportation, industrial storage and cold chain logistics.
The park’s muti-functions facilitate international warehousing, distributing and international delivery, international procurement and international trade in Tianjin and beyond.
It provides services such as the consolidation and deconsolidation of incoming foreign and domestic cargoes, import and export, concentrated shipment of goods in transit, rapid consolidation of cargoes from different countries and internationally co-ordinates freight express transport.
It provides services of sorting, distributing and delivery of incoming domestic and foreign cargoes. It also offers distribution and delivery services for domestic and foreign value-added processed goods.
It can arrange the purchasing of incoming foreign and domestic cargoes, value-added processing, overseas and domestic distribution and concentrated shipment of import and export cargoes.
Enterprises operating at the Park are free to engage in the import and export trade, warehousing, freight transport and service trade between the park and foreign countries.
Its updated public information platform allows convenient access to the customs house, inspection and quarantine agencies, foreign exchange control departments, taxation bureaus, banks, and all other relevant institutions.
In addition, the automatic electronic license plate identification system and electronic clearance system is available which brings convenience to container trucks and all other types of incoming freight transport vehicles at the Logistics Park. Finally, the use of a “Once Only” declaration, inspection and customs clearance procedure creates a closer link between the Logistics Park and the Tianjin Port.
