With the theme of "a gala of tourism industry, a stage of win-win operation", China Tourism Industry Expo 2017 aimed to actively boost the integration of tourism with relevant industries, implementing the Belt and Road Initiative and the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, as well as the innovation and development of tourism equipment manufacturing by developing tourism productivity. The expo launched 7 exhibition areas, 4 themed forums, attracted roughly 270,000 visitors, and the on-site and intentional transaction volume reached 20 billion CNY. The event effectively facilitated regional coalition and international cooperation and boosted the popularity and reputation of the tourism industry of China and Tianjin.
