Over the past eight days, many Chinese athletes with disabilities have gathered in north China's Tianjin municipality to take part in the grandest sports gala in the country.
In the men's SB11 100m breaststroke Aug 26 final of the 10th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the seventh National Special Olympics Games, three-time Paralympics champion and Tianjin star athlete Yang Bozun won gold. It was the first gold medal given in this year's games.
A Chinese choir for children with hearing difficulties aims to boost their self-confidence
Athletes and volunteers cherish impressive moments during the ongoing 10th National Games for Persons with Disabilities & 7th National Special Olympics Games in Tianjin, which began Sunday and end this coming Sunday.
Tianjin announced on Monday it will provide children with physical challenges a subsidy of up to 150,000 yuan ($20,949).
